Roof surfacing - construction and restoration
We operate as a building contractor specialized in all types of surfacing and resurfacing during construction and restoration of roofs, terraces, parking decks etc.

We want it to be easy for you to use our services. That means everything from offer to the completion of the roof with all options and safety details in place will be part of the package. Material and labor is included in the price.

Inspection deal
Poor maintenance can result in great costs if the roof starts to leak. Therefore the roof should be inspected every year, regardless of material.

You now have the option to sign a deal with us to inspect your roof on an annual basis. During that inspection we look at.

• Surface
• Flashing
• Rain water gutters and pipes
• Drains
• Safety features etc
• Etc etc...

After the inspection you will receive an inspection protocol listing everything that needs to be corrected or repaired.

Snow shoveling
We offer snow shovelling on roofs and on the ground - also including strewing grit and icicles removal etc.

Felt roofs
In most cases we restore old and worn felt by applying a new layer of felt over the old one. The felt is mechanically secured to the underlying structure. We also do insulation work during construction of new roofs and re-insulation of old roofs during restoration.

Metal, a lighter alternative
Metal is an old roofing material but is mostly associated with roofs on industries and barns. But now the new tile-profiled metal roofs are perceived as both beautiful and practical. The low weight per square meter makes it a very interesting alternative.

Clay-tile, a solid investment
Clay-tile is more exclusive than other materials, but it is also a solid investment that will raise the value of your house. A clay-tile roof will last for years and years, cost of maintenance will be low and it is unlikely that you will have to invest in a new roof again.
